About The Position
This on site role supports the organization’s compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding in line with KYC and AML regulatory requirements, conducting ongoing due diligence and follow ups to ensure documentation completeness and regulatory compliance, and preparing regular compliance and AML reports. The role also involves monitoring regulatory updates, supporting compliance risk assessments, maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal departments to strengthen the company’s compliance framework and AML controls.
What You'll Do
Basic understanding of AML, KYC, and Compliance frameworks (academic knowledge or internship experience is acceptable)
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of finance principles and regulatory environments is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with compliance or AML systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications are a plus but not required
